Reverse it? pdf -> posts?

I have a 250 page pdf file that I need to convert to posts. Is there any way using anthologize or a similar program to accomplish this?

Basically each 'chapter' in the pdf would become a post. So some posts would be 2 pages in the pdf, others could be more or less.

Anthologize can't do this, and it would require an entirely distinct system from what we've already got in place. I'll file it under 'feature request', though, in case anyone has any bright ideas.
