Create a Hello, World! Program

Add a xx/hello.xx file to the root directory in any language of your choice! Here is an example:

# LANGUAGE: Python
# AUTHOR: Chinmay Shah

print('Hello, World!')

Name the file hello.xx. example , hello.py or hello.c and save it as python/hello.py or c/hello.c.

NOTE:
The folder name should be strictly in lower case
The source file should be compilable (in the case of compiled languages) into an executable
Make sure you update the LANGUAGES.md file
