How to set poolsize?

poolSize needs to be set before the first connection is made, is there a way of doing that with the current code?

It seems it might not be possible with the current code, as the handle on the underlying pg is not available when you need it (if at all). It seems a couple of the forks have fixes for this. This one includes documentation:

Any chances of integrating that change?
