Provide "adding new entry" option in case search return no result

Thought it might be a good idea to let user insert a new entry when their search for certain phrase return no result. Since user are most likely hoping the phrase he/she was searching for is in the database. We can fill in the phrase of the entry according to the previous searching query, and let user fill in the Bopomofo field directly.
