User Stories

As a User I would like to receive a custom email
When I go into my Chess Centre account
Then I know I have successfully cancelled my subscription

As a Admin I would like to receive a custom email
When one of our subscribed members cancels
Then we can accurately track our active members or reach out to them to say thank you for supporting us

Stretch Goal

Here is an opportunity to send any user statistics, including:

  • Number of events they've played
  • Number of games we've tracked
  • A download of their games (link)
