Chat is not working

Hello there,

I am using the both chat21 core sdk and chat21UI for one of my application. It was working normal. But while I am checking yesterday the chat is sending to firebase but not receiving the receiver end. message status is send (status code 100). for other messages successfully received on recipient is status (250)recipient received.

Any one got any similar issue. I haven't changed anything in the core sdk code. Please help.

Hi,

I'm Andrea of the Chat21 team. All of our Chat21 installations are working good.
Anyway I suggest you to update Chat21Core, Chat21UI and Firebase backend functions to the latest version.

NOTE: check the log of your cloud functions (Firebase) to see if there is some Error.
