CNCF(?)-provided cloud storage API keys for CI purposes #16

Currently, expired/missing cloud accounts are causing failed builds. Should ideally obtain access keys for all cloud-apis this library supports

Current list of cloud support:

alibaba
amazon
baidu
google
openstack (any host)
oracle
tencent
