Table of contents is not rendered in Glow as in Typora

Describe the bug

The stanza [TOC] does not render in glow as it does in Typora:

whereas Glow shows the code instead:

Standard build of Glow. Installed via apt repo on Ubuntu 22.04 and choco on Windows.
