gush on Windows

Hi there, is it possible to run Gush on Windows machines? When trying to start the app I get

C:/Ruby/lib/ruby/gems/3.1.0/gems/ffi-1.15.5-x64-mingw-ucrt/lib/ffi/library.rb:273:in `attach_function': Function 'tcgetpgrp' not found in [ucrtbase.dll] (FFI::NotFoundError)

Since tcgetpgrp seems to be a Unix specific function I'm afraid that Windows is not supported by Gush. Am i right? I'm aware of the possibility to run the app in WSL but I'm wondering if there is another way to get it running under "plain" Windows.
