I've forked this to https://github.com/66pix/angular-busy. Recommend using that as the development focus until / unless the owner becomes active or brings help on board.

@cgross there is interest in helping to maintain, any response yes or no would be appreciated otherwise we'll just fork as well, or throw in and use @faceleg repo to push modifications.
