Adapt to Debian deployment best-practices

During the process of providing glbinding with Debian, the project had to adapt to several rules and best-practices. Some or even all of them should be integrated into cmake-init:

• manpages for installed executables (Missing manpages for tools glbinding#204)
• versioned libraries objects (Missing versioned symlinks for libglbinding DSO glbinding#200)
• dependency to pthread for tests (Possible overlinkage glbinding#203)
• Multi-arch support (Fix multiarch compatibility glbinding#206)
