Add in support for wenyan programming language. #140

Wenyan, a programming language inspired by ancient Chinese characters. It has the extension name of *.wy.

The programming doesn't contain any Latin-like characters. All files are UTF-8 files.

Currently it doesn't have clear comment symbols.

The language's GitHub Repository is wenyan-lang/wenyan.
