Layers which have been deleted are showing up in solr search #155

Here are some examples:
http://worldmap.harvard.edu/data/geonode:seomilwaukee_dqk
http://worldmap.harvard.edu/data/geonode:freelance_web_designer__hd7
Type "seo" in search and you will see a lot of junk that needs to be removed.
Deleted layers should not show up in search.
Currently we are not removing layers which are deleted but rather marking them as deleted. It may make sense to actually delete them.
