Mouse events don't work in emacs when xterm-mouse-mode is enabled #21

i'm trying to use emacs via its terminal mode (emacs -nw).
after getting into emacs, there is this way to get it to handle mouse stuff (M-x xterm-mouse-mode) which appears to work via tmux, but haven't had much luck so far with cy.
