problem with ruby 2.2.2 and rb_thread_blocking_region #5

After installing he gem in 2.2.2 I now get this error...

rjoystick-0.1.2/rjoystick.so: undefined symbol: rb_thread_blocking_region

The fix seems to be as simple as replacing rb_thread_blocking_region with rb_thread_call_without_gvl for 2.2.2

Got the same problem with Ruby version 2.2.3, same fix.
