Deskripsi soal challenge ini memang cukup banyak, tapi cukup perhatikan bagian yang kelihatannya sulit dibaca

Dari bentuk dan rangkaiannya, tebakan pertama saya adalah pesan tersebut di-enkripsi menggunakan enkripsi Caesar.
