APY for DYF and NS3 #2498

Investigate why the APY for DYF is showing as 8.9% as of today, when it should be between 15-20%.

Best guess, the NAV updates only monthly so in between the token prices does not increase.

TODO:

add target APY to all APYs on NS3 (junior: 8% senior 16%)
