count mapped versus aligned reads

I think that an additional column is needed for the number of mapped reads as at the moment weeSAM is really reporting the number of alignments (secondary and supplementary) rather the the number of mapped reads. So text needs to be modified to say "Number of alignments" and additional column with the number of Mapped reads.
