All of a sudden I see some duplicate records in my system, I'm using the following:
protokoll :number, pattern: "%y%m%d##"
Wondering if anyone has any ideas what might be causing this? Or if something is wrong with the pattern?
The application is only used by a few users at this point, so heavy load or concurrency cannot cause this.
