Activate and burn in subtitle of a certain language only if it is forced

Hey there =)

i want to set up a profile for bulk encoding my library that activates and burns in the subtitle of my native language only, if it is force and doesn't keep all subtitles of my language. All my testings with setting up a profile for this are resulting in the file keeping additional wrong subtitles which are not forced or won't burn in / keep the correct forced subtitle.

it keeps the full subtitle and burns in but doesnt keep the forced one if i select "only keep and burn in the first sub" and "only burn in the first standard or forced sub"

or keeps both subs and burns in the forced one, if i only choose to "only burn in the first standard or forced sub".

Can someone point me out, how to only keep and burn in a sub, if it is forced and the preferred language?
