原文：info_hash：由 .Torrent 文件中的信息计算出的 SHA-1 摘要，并使用 B 编码进行编码。实际情况是对info做B编码后再做SHA-1摘要，再做urlencode。

原文：peer_id：BitTorrent 客户端启动时随机生成的长度为 20 个字符串。这里建议改成20个字节，20个字符串不对，20个字符也可能是unicode字符转换后长度会超过20个字节，这里也要做urlencode。
