Request for the option to ignore columns with undefined parameter names.

hydro.read_exchange will crash if parameter names are not in the CCHDO parameters database.
ExchangeParameterUndefError

It would be nice to be able to ignore that column, it would be fine to have to specify which columns to ignore.
