Pausing the game via debug mode breaks computer

Whenever I want to use the debugger with some breakpoints to fix any problem, the computer stops to work after I resume the game.
I can use the debug mode but then whenever I try to run a script, the computer just does nothing.

The console yeets this

Is there a way to prevent this?

Increasing some values in the server config prevents this
