[bug] quick_install.sh fails due to Mambaforge depreciation

The URL for Mambaforge, https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/latest/download/Mambaforge-Linux-x86_64.sh , has vanished from their repo.

Hi @cmfield,

thank you for bringing this to our attention. The installer seems faulty indeed.

Mambaforge had been deprecated as of July 2024 in favour of Miniforge - see here. This seems to be causing the issue.

We'll update the installer as soon as possible.

@DrYak, What do you think is the best solution to this ? The Mamabaforge installers are still here.
