I just completed a 2.5 week trip where I took my Chromebook (Acer CB515-1HT) running Breath/Ubuntu 22.04. I used it nearly every day for normal work and play and I take the daily updates for Ubuntu. In general, it just worked surprisingly well. I did encounter two interesting issues and I'd like to hear from others if they've experienced these or have any thoughts on them. I suspect all of these are more of an Ubuntu issue than Breath but since we're in this hybrid environment, it seems appropriate to post here.
Suspend/Resume -- This has been working great since the first time I used Breath. However, on 5/7/22, I attempted to go into suspend but it didn't go. It stayed in some in-between state -- showing the blue "on" LED instead of the amber charge/suspend LED -- but was unresponsive and required a power-restart. This continued for a couple days but it began working again on 5/9/22. It has been working since then.
Battery charge -- The first time I tried Ubuntu 22.04 w Breath the system notified me my battery was near depleted and the system would shut-down. This, even though I knew it was fully charged and it had been showing that before this event. I rebooted and it came back up fine showing the correct battery charge. On 5/9/22, I had this happen again and was just able to save everything before it shut down on me. Then 5/18/22, it repeated this situation. In all cases, after the next restart, the battery shows correctly.
