Overview

The link to the Dagster UI in the section of Dagster on running the ETL in PUDL's docs appears to be broken. Also it is not clear in the dev onboarding how a user should get access to Catalyst's Dagster

Success Criteria

  • Update url to Dagster UI
  • Ensure dev setup instructions include how to set up a Dagster account
