How to provide a different path for downloading collections and pre-built index ?

When using the command below, the downloading seems to go to the ~/.cache folder. Since I have a very low disk space in home directory, how can I provide a different path in the API call ?

python -m pyserini.search.lucene \
  --index wikipedia-dpr-100w \
  --topics dpr-nq-test \
  --output runs/run.dpr.nq-test.bm25.trec
