Release v2 with a Declarative and Functional Containers #1

The goal on v2 is to implement two kinds of containers. A functional, closure based one, and a declarative, cacheable one.

The declarative container must have a PHP configuration and an XML one. By means of hashing the file we can build an efficient cache.
