Add a 'Play as Guest' option

Play as guest button should let people play a versions of the game, ideally on slot, for free without creating a controller or minting paper. i.e. deploy a burner and drop them into the game loop

These results do not need to be catalogued in the leaderboard, they can be ephemeral
