Include kvmtool in tools package (for Hypervisor)

Context

Hypervisor will need kvmtool so we can boot guest machines, this tool can be compiled statically and bundled with our tools as a single binary.

This issue is only relevant for Hypervisor.

Possible solutions

We will need probably to create a fork of it, because sadly this tool has some issues we should fix and maintain, until the issues fixes are upstreamed. I created a fork of it in https://github.com/edubart/kvmtool but we might want to move under Cartesi organization like we are doing with OpenSBI.

Then we need to start distributing our kvmtool version inside our tools package.
