Please add an option to not use sub menu and choose which add commands are visible.

In the context menu, it would be nice to have any or all of the add commands at the top level. In addition, it would be nice to choose which ones are shown.

For example, I will only ever use the sticky note, and would like that to be the only menu item at the top level of the context menu.
