When we work on scouting feedback from different places, to which extent do we have to consider the 4 elements of constructive feedback we learned? I believe most of the feedback given as comments in different channels are not any perfect in the sense of the 4 elements, unless they are given ones to explicitly asked questions. Still many feedback could be still valuable and useful. Do we have any mechanism to scout/not scout feedback against the 4 elements?
