Could you add port beside ip to your plugin. I think it could work with the new Homatics Dune HD box because they work with port 11080 for lan discovery.

Hi thank you for your work

it only works with the Dune HD app in the box. when I add the accessory in homekit it detects the box and asks to add the 3 switches. The icon in homekit however always stays on I can't close the box and open it with it. Maybe we can acces the box directly with usb debug or something like that and be able to do automation and targeting different app for automation in android tv and not just Dune Hd media center app.

The Homebridge Plug-in uses the IP Controls provided by Dune HD (you can find the documentation here: https://dune-hd.com/support/ip_control/. If the plug-in is failure to control the devices it could mean the at least one of the following:
:

1. The port used is not the correct one
2. The commands have different structure in your device
3. The devices is not using HTTP post requests

you could reach out to Dune HD and ask for the documentation related to the "remote controls" or you can use a network traffic capture tool to try capture command sent from the dune hd app. You can use proxyman.io on mac or fiddler on windows for that.

There is not much I can do since I don't have the device.

It work fine with the Dune hd app in Dune homatics box since 1.2.3 can control devices.

Like I said, the dune app knows that your device runs a newer os version, I believe it runs Android 11. Therefore the dune app uses the appropriate commands to control and get the state of the smartbox. Without knowing the way they are communicating is not possible to make a Homebridge plugin to control the device.
