Add timestamps for orders in the Bot.orders data model.

This should help debug when stop loss execution happens vs when the order gets filled. There is some kind of gap between them.

The symptoms are that switch margin bot is no triggering when it should due to lack of funds. I suspect that this previously closed stop loss did not fullfill the order so there are no funds.
