Task description 🔨🔧

Before the Mithril-based light client has been implemented, the old Cardano light client was using, leveraging a list of valid block creators. However, as we realized, that this would create a security risk, we implemented the Mithril light client and the Cardano light client without Mithril became outdated. This task is to remove the code parts that are related to the outdated Cardano light client.
