Create a recording and working session for new designers on the best practices for speccing a design and code review

How to create design specs for dev when specing out new components or enhancements.
Where specs are kept
Explain what this process look like.
Visual code review - how to review coded asset once it is in a PR (Checking for correct usage of tokens, spacing, interaction states, responsiveness)

Create recording outline that can be used a reference to the video as well (Topics covered, resource links) might split these into mini videos?
