Timed IP Suspension Command

Make a command to suspend IPs for a period of time

It doesn't have to be done like this right away, but here's an idea I'd like:
/ss => opens dialog box that lets you input:

• Username
• A dropdown with the type of infraction
• 2 checkboxes with the options of user suspension/ip suspension
• Duration of the suspension
• A text box that allows for a mod to write a message to the user.

Then the user could get some sort of notification that automatically populates with: "You have been suspended for <length> for <infraction>. <Message from mod if any>. If you have any questions, look for a moderator on discord through dm or the #mod-support channel."

If devs like the idea and want notifications to be handed through this command, then the dialog box could also have a "warning" option that doesn't result in suspension and simply delivers a warning notification.
