EcoSIS is a spectral library with some >54K spectra... we may wish to leverage this to improve our classifications.

To be compatible with our current algorithm, this data would need to be obtained or converted as ENVI Spectral Library format. Considerations include the types and spectral range of the samples. As it may not be practical to classify all 54K samples, it may be necessary to specify the classNames and threshold parameters. Depending on the content of this library, it may also be suitable for true machine learning approaches. Cross referencing issue #105 for supporting the USGS Spectral Library Version 7.
