To ensure we're doing "apples-to-apples" comparisons between the PyChOpMarg and MATLAB M-code implementations of COM, in an automated fashion, it would help to have a generator that took our COM parameters dictionary as input and output a MATLAB configuration file (*.CSV format, I believe).
