Hi All,
Is it possible to get all the data from tag besides TechType and Id? Because another data that I need is either AES or AFI and memory information. And secondly, TechType data received is not precise. For example the tag should be NfcV but result is NDEF.

Yes, you can use the ´transceive(…)´ method to send custom commands to the tag. You can find the commands in the specification of your tag.

And secondly, TechType data received is not precise. For example the tag should be NfcV but result is NDEF.

Please create a bug report and provide all information we need to reproduce this.

Can you elaborate usage of transceive() including the options because when I called transceive function for iOS, I need to put both
iso15693RequestFlags and iso15693CommandCode. Can you explain more about these two and data that need to be send to transceive? Thank you.

These are the properties required to send a command to the tag using the customCommand(requestFlags:customCommandCode:customRequestParameters:resultHandler:) method.
You can find more information on this in the Apple docs.
Unfortunately, I haven't had much experience with iso15693 myself. You should find all the necessary information in the specification of your tag.

I did find some information about customCommand but unfortunately always receive same error and I think I did it wrong and also I didnt have much experience on NFC.

The error message does not come from the plugin itself but from iOS. Unfortunately, I can't help you here, as I have little experience with iso15693 myself. The following posts may help you:

In most cases, the reason seems to be an invalid command.
