Whaticket stopped displaying chat conversations, but sends and receives messages

I am not an expert, but I've already trying a lot of things, but I didn't have success. But, I realized when changes the smartphone, then, turn functional again. I asked my clients that were with this problem to change the whatsapp account by cellphone and until now, all of them turn to used normally. I hope to help you anyway. If delete old messages can make turn functional again. I've had this observation too.

I solved this problem today with this change:
