Please add a bug response template for sponsoring requests from other Canonical teams #128

Some replies to bugs like this already caused some expectation mismatch from other teams. Let's add a template for this kind of response so we make it clear and consistent, managing other teams expectation.

Can you be a bit more specific about which bugs you are talking about? Or perhaps even suggest a template :)

I thought it was clear in the title, but those are bugs where Canonical employees provide debdiffs or MPs against packages we are subscribed to. It is not uncommon to get requests like that during bug triage and do not have enough cycles to tackle them by ourselves at that time.

Sorry, I did not have the time to come up with a template suggestion, but there are different ways that a Canonical employee can seek sponsors. We need to manage expectations and do not let them believe that we will follow-up in a timely manner.
