Have an option to show new and updated apps

Steps to reproduce the problem

snapcraft.io store doesn't show new releases on the main page this option would make new developers more noticed. Adding the option to at least show new applications or updated ones would help.

We're currently working through how this could be implemented to work across both snapcraft.io and desktop Ubuntu Software. While other features have taken priority you can see some mock ups for Ubuntu Software here: ubuntu/app-center#1358. Snapcraft.io will follow a similar layout.

I looked in snapcraft.io categories, selected the "Finance" section and in the FIRST page you can find "slate"... Last updated 19 July 2018

I think a "recently updated" feed is needed. It would be great to show the last updated snap. It's useful to discover new apps, too.
