Please don't work with databag directly. only via charms.data_platform_libs.v0.data_interfaces lib.
It will allow us to refactor data_interfaces lib in the future (e.g. use secrets).
Please add functionality into data_interfaces if needed (e.g. hostname and version into DatabaseRequires init).
