Wrong CPU and Memory #3838

@axxra could you please run the following command in Powershell and give us the output?

TotalPhysicalMemory NumberOfLogicalProcessors This is the output i get. One more thing need to inform the wmic feature is not installed in my windows 11 pro os, i had to add it manually. once i added this wmic optional feature, multipass is giving the correct core and memory count options in the ui |

To Reproduce
How, and what happened?
multipass 1.15.0+win
in windows 11 pro, hyperv as default drivermultipass info
it gives correct CPU core count and Memory details.Expected behavior
Previous version the CPU and Memory was correct, the new version showing over provision in memory and allowing only 1GB maximum but i have 64GB, CPU cores there is 16 available but its showing only 1.
