Follow-up issue raised from this PR: #4876 (comment).

Standardise on using "Spring Zeebe SDK" when referring to "Zeebe Spring" / "Spring Zeebe" (we use "Spring Zeebe" in the menu, but "Zeebe Spring" in docs).
