https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs/blob/main/howtos/documentation-guidelines.md should be reviewed as it currently includes old versions of C8 -> Optimize mapping and users listed as reviewers who are no longer with us.

This content should be updated, possibly to be more generic (less risk of going stale), or removed.
