With the delivery of 3.14, we developed extra logic to allow customers a direct upgrade path from 3.7->3.14. This was a one-off migration procedure that shall not be used for future versions of Optimize. When releasing 3.15, we need to remove this logic.

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

Logic added with https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/issues/10027 is removed from the codebase
