I recently cleaned up the Tools > Measurement menu in other plugins because it became a bit crowded. I propose to do this in napari-stress as well. If measurements produce tables, they could go to Tools > Measurement tables. If they result in new surface layers, we could create a new menu Tools > Measurement surfaces etc. Happy to discuss!

thanks for pointing this out. I think you are right to put them to Measurement tables, as none of them results in a new surface, with the possible exceptions of Measure stresses on droplet pointcloud: That one is a toolbox that creates about 10 new layers that comprise all the measurements that occur in the stress-context. The layers include Points, Vectors and Surfaces. I'm not sure where this should go and wasn't sure whether to put it in Measurements in the first place...
