Setup greenkeeper for handling with deps updates #36

Keeping deps up to date can be a chore. And our stale deps now report security alerts https://github.com/callstack/react-theme-provider/network/alerts

Greenkeeper makes it way easier and automated (and it works great for e.g. https://github.com/callstack/react-native-testing-library)
